The
North East Regional Economic Development Authority (REDA), has two classes of membership.

Municipal
Membership
This membership is open to rural and urban municipalities and Rural
Development Corporations only, within the geographic boundaries of the
region. To become a Municipal Member, eligible municipalities must
submit a written application and include a copy of the resolution of the
municipality or RDC authorizing membership. This type of membership has
full voting rights.

Advisory
Membership
This membership shall be open to individuals, businesses, corporations,
co-operatives, health districts, educational organizations and member
based organizations. To become an Advisory Member, individuals and
organizations must submit a written application. This membership
shall only have voting rights at Annual Meetings but may attend any
membership meeting in an advisory capacity as non-voting members.
In addition, this Advisory Members are entitled to receive Minutes of the
Board of Directors meetings and membership meetings.
